Starting with a modest real estate business 45 years ago at a young age, Mr Wani has transformed his ventures into one of the leading business groups of J&K today. A seasoned businessman with expertise in steel manufacturing, real estate, construction, hotels, industrial agriculture and food industry, Mr Wani believes in empowering society through education and self-development of the unprivileged and the marginalized sections.
Mr. Ubaid Rashid
Founder and President
Ubaid entered into the world of business at the young age of 18 and has since then, set up quite a few successful businesses such as salons, food manufacturing units and eateries. Ubaid’s avid belief in the upliftment of masses through charity, equality and humanity is at the heart of our organisation’s core values. His enthusiasm and passion to help people, especially the underprivileged has helped convert the idea of ‘Humanix’ into reality.
Mr. Sandeep Shukla
Liaison Officer
Sandeep has more than 15 years of experience in the field of marketing with proven experience across a wide range of projects. He has previously worked with both governmental and multi- national private organisations including the UN, Indian Air Force, Delhi Police, Carrier Midea, Faber, Revlon and Educomp to name a few. His areas of expertise are brand marketing helping companies develop a strong social presence. A strong advocate of charity and women empowerment, he uses his invaluable skill-set to help improve people’s lives.
Mr Mir Jeelani
Marketing and Legal
Mr Jeelani has helped countless businesses as a marketing and customer liaison consultant since he started his consultancy work in 1997, helping them flourish using his innovative ideas and invaluable expertise. Furthermore, he has helped numerous entrepreneurs realise their dreams by providing legal guidance and marketing advise.
Ms Darakshan Aijaz
Project Manager – Women Empowerment
Ms. Aijaz is a prime example of how women can successfully climb the corporate ladder with hard work, passion and talent, despite working in a mainly patriarchal work environment and a conservative society. Having worked at senior positions with some leading brands including Aircel, Vodafone and Reliance Jio, Ms. Aijaz is a single mother and an undeterred proponent of women empowerment.
Ms Minza Mushtaq
Project Manager – Education
Minza is an engineer by profession with a significant experience in the fields of information and digital technology. Minza believes that education should be accessible for all, regardless of their socio-economic status, gender or where they live.
